Fun Trivia: P : Pre-Cataclysm WoW Locations

Special Sub-Topic: "World of Warcraft" Dungeons

Which of these bosses in the Scarlet Monastery Graveyard is NOT a Rare Respawn?

Interrogator Vishas. The Interrogator is a Human Boss in the Torture Chamber, usually pestering Vorrel (Horde Questgiver). The rare respawns are all in the actual graveyard, so good luck finding them!

In BlackWing Lair, Which drakonid colour has no abilites, but plenty of health?
Chromatic Drakonid. The Chromatic Drakonids must be tanked at all times. The Blue Drakonids can resist frost spells and deal a weak area of effect that burns mana; Red Drakonids have a high tolerance to fire and a single target damage over time fire ability; and finally the Black Drakonids are exactly like their red cousins except their fire attack is a direct damage fire ability.

In Shadowfang Keep, there is a Abomination that RARELY spawns in one of the hallways, but started spawning during the scourge invasion event. What is the name of said Abomination?
Sever. Sever is a rare boss that is found in a circular room right of the dining room if you just killed Baron Silverlain. Glutton is a boss in Razorfen Downs, Ramstein is a boss in Stratholme (Undead side, just before the Baron), and Patchwerk is a Boss in the dungeon Naxxaramas (I think the Abomination Wing).

There are many bosses in Dire Maul. Which of these "Commanders" resides in the Warpwood Quarter?
Hydrospawn. Hydrospawn is a water elemental that resides fairly deep in the warpwood quarter and is needed for the level 55 mage water quest. The Razza is one of the outdoor bosses, Immol'thar is in the eastern wing, that is blocked off by several mana pylons. Killing Immol'thar will allow you to challenge Prince Tortheldrin. Cho'rush is the 2-headed ogre standing next to King Gordok.

Which of these Temple of Ahn'Qiraj bosses fears cold elements?
Viscidus. Viscidus can really get hurt by frost spells since he'll literally get frozen solid. A nice tip is: get lots of mages and use your weakest frost spells!

In RazorFen Downs, how many types of enemies are Quilboar (Bosses and average enemies, inside and outside the instance)?
Eleven. The Quilboar enemies are: Death's Head Cultist, Death's Head Geomancer, Death's Head Necromancer, RazorFen Battlegaurd, RazorFen ThornWeaver, Withered Reaver, Withered Quilboar, Withered Spearhide, and Withered Warrior. The Quilboar Bosses are RaggleSnout (rare respawn) and Plaguemaw the Rotting (summoned by the Extinguishing the Idol quest).

In Ragefire Chasm, which of these bosses has and ACTUAL magic drop?
Taragaman the Hungerer. This hulking Doomgaurd drops a sword that may cast "Curse of Weakness" on a melee hit, Cloth bracers that add 2 to spirit and 1 to intellect, and a cape that adds 2 to agility and strength. Bazzalan is only needed for the quest "Hidden enemies". Oggleflint is on your way to Maur Grimtotem's corpse for the quest "Searching for the Lost Snatchel" and Grubbis is a Trogg that resides in Gnomeregan.

Stratholme used to be a glorious human city till the scourge arrived. Which boss is said to drop "Book of the Dead"?
Balnazzar. This item is dropped off the Grand Crusader Demon Balnazzar. Held in Off-Hand, it has +15 Intellect, +10 Spirit, and +8 Stamina and when used it summons a skeleton to fight for you for a minute.

The Wailing Caverns is a pathetic nightmare to the eyes of a experienced player, but what rare respawn is said to rest INSIDE the instance?
Deviate Faerie Dragon. This amazing creature usually spawns around the Wing Serpent area. Both Boahn and Trigore are just outside the instance (Trigore is sometimes outside the general area) and Skum is always at the back of the instance in his cage.

In Blackrock Depths, which of these bosses are present when the High Justice "sentences you to death"?
Eviscerator. Eviscerator, Anub'Shiah, Hedrum the Creeper, Verek, Ok'Thor the Breaker, and Panzor the Invincible (I either missed one or one of the following are present at a standard challenge) come out to kill you in the name of the Dark Iron Nation. Phalanx is the Grim Guzzler's "Bouncer", Magmus is guarding the Emperor's room, and Theldren is an optional boss you can face if you got the Banner of Provocation. He is needed for the Teir .5 quest chain.
