You have just got off your flight, and you are on Japan's largest island. Where are you?

    Honshu. Honshu is Japan's largest island. It contains cities such as Tokyo, Nagoya, and Yokohama, where the final game of the 2002 World Cup Series was played. Brazil won!

You don't speak Japanese, but an English speaking passer-by tells you you are in Japan's largest city. Where are you?
    Tokyo. Tokyo is not only Japan's largest city, it is one of the largest cities in the world. It has over 33 million people in its metropolitan area.

You have just rented a car from your local Japanese Rent-a-Car. You drive north to the city of Sapporo, what Japanese island are you on?
    Hokkaido. Hokkaido is the second largest Japanese island, and is not a very populated island. Sapporo is the largest city, and does not have an international airport.

You feel like a history lesson, so you decide to fly from Sapporo to Hiroshima, but on the way, you notice you are flying over a vast body of water. You know that you are on a straight flight, so you pull out your map, and find out that the body of water you are passing over is...

After having heard that sad story from your tour guide, you went to Osaka and took a very famous train ride from Osaka to Tokyo. You are traveling at 350 kmh. on a train! What famous train are you on?

    Kyoto. Kyoto is also on the island of Honshu along with Tokyo, although Tokyo is bigger. You can rearrange up the letters in either name to get the other name.

You next are on a chartered plane to the southernmost island in Japan. You are on the same latitude as which country?
    Taiwan. Taiwan is on the same line of latitude as the southernmost Japanese island of Iriomote Jima.

You need now to fly from the southernmost point in Japan to Shanghai, China where your plane goes back to The U.S.A. You are now flying over which body of water?
    East China Sea. You will fly directly over the East China sea before you head home. How was your trip. Did you enjoy it?
