Yesterday morning I began sneezing as soon as I walked outside. I knew that Spring had really arrived.

Do you suffer from seasonal allergies?

The MSNBC site has a useful interactive guide to help determine whether you have an allergy and what you can do to get some relief.

What do you do for your allergies?

I've been having sneezing fits, itchy eyes and itchy throat for the last 2 weeks....yes it's that time of year. Thanks for the website reference. This might sound silly, but I think the best thing to do is be even cleaner than usual. Wash your hands before putting them near your face. Keep your hair away from the face and wash it every day and change pillow cases regularly. All of this keeps the pollen at bay.

I never use anti histamine eye drops as my eyes swell, but just plain old eye drops. Whatever you use keep your eye drops in the fridge and when your eyes are hot and itchy it'll give you even more relief.

All common sense really.

Now I'm off to look at that site. [Roll Eyes] [Cool] [Roll Eyes]
