Editors can make changes much more efficiently if you send a correction note, rather than just identifying the quiz. If you send a correction for one question, you can then list the others that need the same fix. Or send a general error message. Just identifying the quiz means it still needs to be searched for before it can be edited, which takes a bit more time.
