Quite right Jane. I cannot show you mine as it is nude Jersey postmen. Guess who had the ridiculous idea that I would appreciate something like that?

after losing lots of weight a few years ago I have managed to put a few kilos back on so need to get back into things and this little device is helping me do it. It's a fitness tracker that can track what I do each day ... seems I need something to hold me accountable!

Having been using a rather tatty cloth shopping bag to carry my gym clothes up until now, I decided to start the new year by making use of one of the backpacks that I have for that purpose instead. Works well, I must say.
