What happened to the FunTrivia Advent Calendar quizzes? I know Advent has come and gone, but I hadn't got a chance to play all of them yet, and when I clicked on a link to one of them I got a different quiz. So I looked in the General Knowledge category, and they are all gone!

The quizzes have been given their actual titles and have been put into their appropriate categories.

Oh, I hadn't realized that those Advent titles were temporary. Very interesting...

I wouldn't have either except for some chatty editors on my team.

I keep a record of the number of quizzes I take (both a total number and a by-category number). I noticed my General quizzes suddenly decreased and some of my other quizzes were off by 1 compared to what FunTrivia showed. Then it struck me that it probably had to do with the advent quizzes being moved to their proper location. From that, I noticed the titles were also different.

As are the introductions. Advent calendars are for advent, after all - you open one door each day. They were kept intact until Jan 6, the traditional end of the Christmas season. It might be possible for someone to post a list of the quizzes that were used, but I don't know if such a record was kept, or would have to be produced from scratch, quite a tedious job.

Actually...
Look under the editors names and see what quizzes they wrote during December. Since some wrote more than one quiz, it shouldn't take 30 names to look for. Think of it like hunting down Dog quizzes.

But some of us may have written more than one quiz in the month, even if only one was in the Advent calendar. I know I wrote at least two that were not for the calendar, as well as the one that was. And even if you find them, you won't see the lovely Advent introductions that tied them together - they are now just a bunch of quizzes written by editors. Not that there's anything wrong with that!

I actually keep a record of all quizzes I took: name of the quiz, # of questions, date on-line, and quiz number. 20 groups for each of the 20 categories. Once the proper categories, intros, and titles were given, I changed my quiz title and category as well. It might be easier for me to find the titles than for others. Not all editors wrote a quiz so it might take some people a little longer, but if you look through the editors' list of quizzes, you'll find it.

If nobody minds me listing the quizzes, then I'll do it. If somebody does, then I'll either edit my post or find out that an administrator do it. The list goes from the quiz placed on-line on December 1st to the one from December 24th.

Impressive Buddy1. I for one played all of them and they were indeed worth it!

Very good - I don't think it occurred to any of the staff to keep track of this (Kyle? Wes?), so thank you for doing it.

I think Wes keeps track of old pencil shavings. He's a brilliant wizard of all knowledge. :P

I heard a rumor that Wesley has stockpiles of old pencil shavings in various places around the Ascension Quest for people that are totally lost and are in need of some light and heat.
