Tilly, the goat, loves to eat dog pellets so when we feed Chip on the pellets we put them as far back in the drum as we can so he can eat his food without sharing. Looks like we have to come up with a better system ...

Rural South Canterbury just inland from Timaru. Three months ago there was very little green to be seen and please ignore the lumps of....well, farmland hazards.... grin

LOL at Jill's bottom feeders! Lovely pic too, you can really do, ere, close-ups. wink

And Howie, if you hadn't said anything I'd have thought those hazards were molehills...

White cherry blossom. Tree is ornamental only, no fruit

As well as cherry blossom we have apple blossom, and a lot of it this year, which hopefully means a good apple harvest later on

This is what most of the shops look like in the old county of Middlesex as they were all built around the 1930s. These are in Ruislip.

Does this look like Snoopy, or the Sphinx? It's a sandstone formation at Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada.

Kawakawa not only has ceramic mosaic seats (and public toilets) but also the main street has a railway line running down the centre.

Croydon now has trains running down the main shopping street as well but they call it a tram (although it uses the existing railway when it's not extended onto the roads).

A field near Twyford. In our old house our toilet was made by Twyford, and when I first went there I wanted to know where it was made, and discovered it was the name of the company in Stoke, and nothing to do with the place. Never mind.

Another picture from Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada. These are called beehives. 500 million years ago this was a seabed.

This is what happens when I'm stuck at home coughing and spluttering - I get cabin fever and fiddle with other people's photos. wink

Email it to me.

One of my canal pics from a couple of years ago has a telephone wire strung across the left hand corner but I thought it would make a good desktop pic so I taught myself how to use the clone tool et voila! Whoever lives in that lockkeeper's cottage these days must have wondered what happened to their phone. wink
