Definitely 'my' Bond. I love Bond movies but the character and the plots are absolutely ridiculous and not to be taken seriously. Sir Roger was perfect in that respect.

He also seems to have been a thoroughly decent person in real life as well - RIP after a life well-lived.

Yes indeed he also was an actor with class, spoke English perfectly, as you would expect Bond to do .

So sad to learn of his death. He was and is my favourite Bond. When I was in Hong Kong (when I visited you, Ren), I bought Roger Moore's book "Bond on Bond" which he signed. It was a limited print run of 5,000 only. Such wonderful memories.
