Is your face always in a mirror? Do you have pictures of yourself displayed at home and in your wallet?

Find out how vain you are by taking this test:

I scored 20

You're the type of person who could go for breakfast sporting bed head and sweat pants without so much as a blink of an eye.
Although you probably like to look good just like everyone else, it's just not your obsession. You couldn't be bothered with all
those time-consuming beauty routines that sap other people's time, and keep your own daily rituals down to a simplistic
minimum. Either you've got better things to do then spend your time styling hair or shopping for the latest fashions, or you're just
too lazy. You've got a "take it or leave it" attitude that most likely oozes confidence...or sloppiness, depending on the day. The
fact that you're so low maintenance can definitely be an advantage - you save time, money and precious energy - as long as you
put in enough effort to be presentable. Remember, first impressions can be powerful!

I really couldn't go out without showering, I would be smelly - ugh!

Geez! I scored a 50! Well, it's better than I expected. Hold on..I have to powder my nose....I'll share (a chip in my polish!)..what the "blurb" says...(lip gloss time!)...if you care to (adjusting neckline) share!

While you believe the old adage that beauty is only skin deep, you still have a slight streak of vanity. You may have certain beauty rituals you need to feel up to par, indulge in certain products or an expensive hairstylist and prefer to go out only when you feel presentable. Overall, however, you're not obsessed with maintaining a high standard of perfection. You probably wouldn't get plastic surgery, but if it were offered free of charge you'd be tempted. Though no one has ever accused you of being vain or superficial, you still have your spots of weakness - who doesn't? You're not blind to the role appearance plays in interpersonal relationships and career success, but refuse to let it control you. You've got better things to do than spend hours fussing in front of the mirror...usually.

I got a 0. There were a couple that I wavered on, so I went back and changed them. When I did, I got a 15. So, either way, I'm fine!

Ooooh Linda, you mean that you would leave the house 'all smelly'? I have to have a shower, the rest can go hang but I need to be clean.

On this part of mine, the answer is that I am just too lazy and sloppy

Sue, I'm still clean from the night before!

I shower at night. I've never understood how people can go to bed dirty and then shower in the morning! Even if I'm so exhausted that I can't stand up straight, I still have to get in the shower and get clean before I can sleep. Can't sleep if I don't!

So, having to shower before going out to the store in the morning isn't a problem for me. I'm not smelly!

Oh, yeah! I forgot about the hot flash thing that may happen at some point. So, I may have to start showering both times eventually? Darn.

Sorry, Ren, I meant no offence. It's the twin thing. I was surprised that lefois would score so much higher than me, that's all!

I scored 5. So I'm another of the lazy "take it or leave it" types.

I scored 15. But then when I read my description, I felt like a lazy frump who doesn't give a hoot about my appearance. I guess I am a sloppy, half snob with good manners. I am having fun with these tests!
