Go to www.umunch.com On the top right corner of the homepage is the question: "From which culture is this piece of art work from?" If you click the link there it will show you the piece of artwork. This one is really challenging!!! Good Luck

I don't see anything on the top right hand side, it just looks like an advertisement for a web site to me. You will have to steer me in the right direction.

looks african to me (although that is pretty un-specific of me)
The rings around the neck of the main character are probably the best hint.
I don;t know which culture is into that neck stretching stuff, though
