I am just curious. How long does it take before a quiz is given an actual rating? Is a rating given after a quiz has been online for a minimum of one month?

Also, how many points are given when you select a rating for someone else's quiz? Does a rating of poor give a score of "1", while Excellent gives a score of "5"? Just something I was wondering about during my boring day at work.

It used to take a certain number of plays (with the players ranking the quiz) before a quiz was ranked. Terry changed that about a year ago, as he explained in his post in the FunTrivia News here, about 3 posts down .

I'm not sure if it is mentioned anywhere, but like you, I have always imagined Poor = 1 and Excellent = 5.

One thing I noticed is that one of my better quizzes fell from being around the 3,000 mark to being down by the 11,000 mark in the space of 6 plays. Looks like another case of the phanthom 'poor' raters.
