Hello all,

I love this site (although I appear to be only average at trivia... I guess practice makes perfect)

Hey Copago

Did you hear about the guy who tipped the Tigers and the Swans to win their respective premierships at the beginning of last year and won a fortune?

Welcome daekael! If you ask me, it's about time we had some Australians around here ...

Agreed Gats, Australians seem to be woefully under-represented around here
Welcome!

I did - how antsy is that? After the Swans had won he put some on the Cowboys to win so he wouldn't be totally out of should the unthinkable happen and the Tigers not win.

*to the tune of Hoodoo Gurus* What's your team?

What was he thinking?

Like the Tigers would let those upstarts win....

Actually to tell you the truth I haven't properly followed the Footy for quite a few years now.... not since Mal Maninga left...

I have recently been invited to go watch some games which i am definitely interested in.. and if i was to go for a team it would probably by the Sharks or the Dragons

Oh very funny, obviously you haven't turned your speakers on lately, the background music is Waltzing Matilda.

Edited to add a warm welcome from a Pom.
