I know that Spring is right around the corner so I had to take this picture.I wish it had been outside down a country road somewhere but a Garden center will have to do for now. I get very homesick when I see these anywhere.

Spring right around the corner? We had a very very slight dusting of snow overnight, but it had all melted away by about 8:00 a.m. This is the tower of St Clement's, the oldest surviving church in Hastings.

This is the St. Clements in the old nursery rhymes, I 'm assuming? How nice to finally get a look at it, TabbyTom. Thank you.

The nursery rhyme is set in London (it mentions places like Old Bailey and Aldgate), so I think the church in the rhyme is either St Clement Danes in the Strand or St Clement Eastcheap in the City. No one really seems to know which.

A horrid windy day
I feel for you on the wind part, Sue. Looking on the Weather Channel website, your winds are at about 30mph, gusting to over 40mph. Sounds like what I had about a month ago, when my sustained winds were between 45mph and 50mph, with gusts over 60mph at times. Hope it's not dusty as well.
Edit to add: when April rolls around, and the bluebonnets start coming out, I'll have to post a pic of them. Since we had a decently wet winter, they'll be beautiful this year. The last two years' worth weren't all that impressive, as those winters were extremely dry.

Rocky is certainly a magnificent beast. Crown House, now a pub/restaurant, was originally designed by James Burton as his own residence when he was developing St Leonards-on-sea.
