Thank you for posting all 3 of those, Mags.

Here are some lilacs from a long time ago--last spring. (At least it seems like a long time ago with the winter we've been having.)

Done up as a pastel painting in paint.net.

Mags: I personally like the number 1 Marble Study. If you gaze into them, they look like... I dunno... embryos of "life" - new worlds, new aliens, new everything. Love that first one.

Picq: cool croc!

DepGary: oddly enough, I have pictures that look quite similar, except that they were taken through screen doors/windows and not adjusted in "paint" programs lol. I like that one : )

Started off as a Chrysanthemum. Vectorised (bitmap tracing) and the background removed. Four coloured squares used as a new background. What a mess!

I took this photo of my house from the back garden, using a piece of polarized plastic to distort the view. Quite an interesting effect I thought.

I may experiment more with this & see what else I can do with it.

You'd never know it but this started off as a super close-up of a computer monitor showing a white screen.

A kind of artform. This image is generated by a computer file analysing program. It gives each file a graphical representation. The larger the file, the larger the 'cushion' shape. All computers have many of the same types of files (the operating system files for instance), so a graphical representation everyone's computer files would look somewhat the same. However, nobody has all the same programs and number of files. That means that your computer file picture would look a bit different to everyone else's. A painting of the workings of a computer perhaps:

Don't know what it is but my program and I drew it, all apart from the flowers. They were the big man's work.

That is pretty cool, tw. Looks like a sign--maybe advertising a flower show.

Here is a cardinal in blue with a blue frame.

A peony done in paint.net using the outline effect. This would make a nice stationary background. Not that I'd have a need for something like that. I'm just saying it would.

The view from Ireon (Samos)

Made with Topaz Simplify plugin in Photoshop

This is a photo of a steam train crank, manipulated in Flexify 2, then filtered with Redfield Fractalius, and the explosion done in Harry's Filters.

very nice, the daffodils are almost like a cross stitch piece, and very colourful!

An original photograph ... orchids painted in PSP7 to appear like a watercolour painting ...
