I just realized it's the Summer Solstice today.

Here is a link I found while looking for something else, in Jeeves.

Anyone dancing naked under the moon tonight?

Ahhhh, I'll never tell, but we could probably start a whole new Chaingame with that one!

It's my wedding anniversary. We chose the Summer Solstice in order to make sure that we had as much daylight as possible, since ours was an outdoor wedding.

And we danced all night.

Congratulations Ianfranco, and many more happy years to come

Hehe, need a blanket Copago ?

The sun went down here at about 6.20pm. I miss those long summer nights of Southern Ontario, where that magical twilight time lasted for hours. Tonight it won't get dark there till about 9.45pm. That's what happens when you change Latitudes from 43.55N to 9.86N

I just attended an outdoor wedding today and didn't even think about it being our summer solstice. It was a beautiful wedding on a lovely day!

My youngest daughter was also married at Summer Solstice! I think it helps remember the date!

It doesn't feel like the middle of winter...it's not yet below about 3 degrees overnight here.

Our winter has been mild this year too and I was also thinking that since we are half way through it, the other half should be a breeze. Just hope I don't jinx it by saying so.

Now all of you put your clothes back on and go inside!
