Great photo, bhs.

This is Manzanita Lake at Lassen Volcanic National Park in northern California. It was a lovely evening.

I looked through my files for a suitable reflection photo and have several with reflections in water, then spotted this one which is a reflection in polished metal. This was taken in one of the food preparation kitchens at Durrell, otherwise known as the zoo here in Jersey.

This is Miss Flora, who loves to pose for pictures almost as much as she loves to investigate new things, like the mirror...

Oh, I like that, TW! Great photos, everyone!

I'm pretty sure I posted this photo around Christmas, but it's the only one I can find in my collection that is a good reflection. This is a friend's Webkinz sitting on a mirror coffee table.

What a lovely photograph Nifti... he looks as though he (or she) is thinking of jumping in and swimming to you!

These are all so good!

gypsy, Perfect shot of Miss Flora, she's beautiful and 'deserves' to love posing!

Nifti, I agree with Sherry - your dog does look like he/she's comtemplating a trip across.

Wonderful reflections everyone! And I love the pussycats(2)!

A previous nights' rain created this masterpiece of trees frozen in time ...
it was taken at the Muskox Farm, a little north of where I lived in Alaska.

Great reflections, all!

Wow, Shelley, that is really beautiful.

Nifti, your pup looks like he (she?) is having a blast!

I was wondering, whilst feeding the ducks, what to snap for a reflection shot and caught sight of wing mirror, so thought this would do. Not quite up to Shelly's wonderful image though!

There are plenty of fantastic photos in this thread.

I have a photo taken at a lock on the Union Canal at the Falkirk Wheel (Scotland) recently:

What a wonderful group of reflection photos! This has turned out to be a really great theme.

Here's city hall reflected in the river, with a stormy sky in the background. The top of the tower's reflection gets lost amongst the long grass/weeds near the bank...

I really liked this theme as well, so many great photos. Thanks all for the nice compliments on the ice/tree photo. Just in the right place at the right time is all. My camera goes almost everywhere I go, because sure enough if it doesn't ... there was a 'once in a lifetime shot', lol.
