Wonderful photos, everyone.

I have a photo to share today - it rained here! We even had thunder and lightning, which I throughly enjoyed. This picture is of my teensy backyard.

I've posted a couple of pictures FROM the TV Tower in Berlin, so here is one of the tower itself. (It's too tall to fit it all in.)
The lower set of windows are the observation floor & the ones just above are the restaurant.

A Royalist officer of the English Civil War. Parliamentary, or roundhead to use the common derogatory term, officers usually dressed in similar fashion.

Looking up the hill from the Grand Parade in Halifax, NS, towards the Town Clock and Citadel beyond. You can't really tell just how steep the hill is from this, but having climbed it just after taking this photo, I can assure you, it is very steep!

I just love the hills sheathed in purple heather Santana. Beautiful rainbow Clara Sue. Can almost smell the smoke picqero, lol. I really like the underground at Cheswick, Satguru. Not at all what I would expect just to see it. Lovely dew on the spiderweb lilliali . Beautiful lighthouse ozzz and Prof, your scene is so lovely and serene. Dainty moth bhs, the green and the purple together is a natural! It is nice to visit Berlin "with" you Martin.
So many wonderful photos ... so little time.

A orphaned young reindeer being looked after in the paddock near the visitor centre, at the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre. The only place with a reindeer herd in the UK.

Way too many since my last comments on here, but you have all amazed me as usual! Some very breathtaking and heartwarming pics. I will say one thing though - right now I would gladly volunteer to be arrested in Cumnock, Ayrshire and held as long as possible.

That shot of the policemen could have been in the "People in Uniform" thread, if ever we were to have one! But I think TW nixed it.

Here is the double rainbow that accompanied the rain from yesterday.

Shelley there was an adult female Reindeer in the pen as well, who they were trying to get to adopt the baby. Whilst we were there the staff were bottle feeding the orphan,

Another steep hill view, this is Muswell Hill which has a number of points around it where you can see views for many miles around.

It's the end of September so this thread is now locked. A new thread has been started for October's photos. Thanks to everyone.
