'Christmas decorations' is a suggestion by me this time. It's very seasonal and I thought it could be the theme for the entire Christmas period (until the Sunday after Christmas).

It`s not customary in my country to celebrate for Christmas, or to have the Christmas tree, but I`d love to see how do you do.

I love all the Christmas decorations! Really very nice

Gatsby, we also have a Singer treadle machine just like that one! It's still in the house, but now it's used as a TV stand.

The Singer Treadle tables must be popular because we had one many years ago before it was given to someone else/recycled/thrown away Great Pics all!

I have a Singer sewing machine somewhere - not the treadle type, but old. It originally came to UK from India.

This is one of the trees in the town Market Place - they are all blue.

Such pretty decorations all over! We too have the old Singer machine table - it's at my mom's house.

Here's our living room tree.

Wasn't sure if this was photo of the day or this week's theme material. It does have a Santa on it, so I'm posting it here.

My daughter has made hundreds of Christmas-themed Hama Bead ornaments, which we have displayed in a frieze throughout our entrance hall. Here's a small section of it:

Rather than another tree, I thought I would throw in my mantle. It is much prettier at night and with all the candles lit, but lighting them is never done until Christmas Eve.
(Any structural imperfections can be attributed to the fact this house is over 130 years old. Just ignore them, please! )

By the way, I am thoroughly enjoying all of your photos! I love seeing what everyone does and things they see around them also.

I have 2 treadle sewing machines, one of them I have actually used, but they aren't decorated right now so I will have to put them in another thread - if I get around to it and don't forget.

This is the Christmas decorations in the centre of Bristol. Very nice, but they've had better in the past!
