Here's a 70s house in Bookham in Surrey, there are quite a few like this around the edges of London.

I don't know what kind of weed this is but this little flower is only 1/4 cm wide.

Okay, everyday things. Here is a mundane and patriotic piece of "art". I call it "Still Life with Laundry (in Red, White and Blue)"

LOL, ysmay. Jane, what a terrific cake for the Little Prince! The spring lamb looks like he takes right to posing for the camera. ClaraSue - all of my weeds should be so pretty.

I spent the week-end participating in a historical re-enactment at Donnington Manor in Leicestershire. Parts of the manor, which is now a museum, date back to the late 13th century.

ClaraSue takes a moment out from sniffing the surroundings to give me a look. It seems it's in photos of her that I really seem to notice the gray in her muzzle.

Since the rules have laxed some about showing people in photos, I'd like to re-post this photo of my husband and step-son taking a dive in the river. Since there are no discernible features showing, I hope this can remain. This is one of my favorite photos.

I just dug up some more old photos, this is Archway Tower in Highgate, probably taken with a long telephoto lens outside my friend's flat in about 1994. Beyond is the newly built tower of Canary Wharf in Docklands and then the hills of Kent on the horizon which are about 20 miles away from where I was standing. And just on my right out of view is the hospital where I was born.

It's been a long time since I posted a photo. We recently visited the San Diego Wild Animal Park and I caught a photo of a gorilla enjoying a snack.

I've found some more photos and glad to see I had taken more Routemaster buses before they got rid of all but two routes. This is Notting Hill Gate in 2002.

Spring is so here now, that it's hard to believe this picture was taken just two weeks ago, at Seven Springs near Pittsburgh. It was windy, snowing, and freezing cold.
