This week's theme is brought to you by Telliewellies and is YARD OR GARDEN FEATURES.

Gnomes, sheds, rakes, garden furniture, pots and lots of other things would fit. I look forward to seeing your photos.

(Sorry for the lateness of this - slipped my mind last night!)

You can nominate weekly themes on this thread.

Copago, does it have to be our own garden? Could it be stuff from a "professional" garden or from street gardens or whatever? I'm afraid I have nothing even vaguely resembling a garden - not even a windowbox or flowerpot - no light. One drawback of urban living.:p

It can be what ever you want it to be

Yay! This is one of my favorite pics - the Brooklyn Botanical garden is so inspiring! This is from last year: rhododendrons on the lawn, taken from under the wisteria.

I'm hoping to get back there next weekend.

I have just finished cleaning out my water feature and this dragon fly stands guard over it

This is my favorite garden feature, our fountain beneath the honeysuckle.

Bhs, we have cows that look a lot like your pig in South Africa. They were made, painted and sold to raise money for charities.

Is that a new breed? Cows that look like pigs!

That's how this particular pig started life. It was an Arts Council project. This one was painted by one of the elementary schools in town and I bought it at auction.

From Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA last year. They had three treehouses that were supposed to be a special exhibit open only during 2008, but they were so popular, they're being kept on indefinitely. This photo shows a small part of "The Lookout Loft."

If you have any interest in gardens, and are visiting the Philadelphia area, a trip to Longwood is a must! It is mind-bogglingly perfect.
