Hi all! I like this category a little too much

This is a bakery in Time's Square, but it's pretty typical of other bakeries around the city. These are samples of the bakery's wares meant to draw you in - and look!! There's chocolate!!!

You can even see a little pile of cannoli there are on the left!!

Y

Not your normal Sunday lunch I know, but this spider seemed to enjoy this tasty moth in my conservatory.

These mice adorn the cookie platters. Made of marachino cherries (keep the stem for the tail) A Cherry/Chocolate Hershey Kiss. Almond Slivers for ears.
Dip in melted chocolate and assemble. --Use a toothpick to dip in melted white chocolate and make dots for the eyes.

......and superb vegetables they are! I recall some years ago, strolling through Kathmundu, and feeling quite hungry. A woman came along with a load of vegetables on her back, and I bought some radishes and onions from her. When I immediately began eating them, local passers-by thought it hilarious

Here are some sweets in a shop window in Concarneau:

(I had trouble with Photobucket, so if the size isn't right I apologise! (and could the mods fix it?)...)
