PDAZ, love that foggy picture taken from the restaurant. Great colouring and composition. Just love it! Good to see the great Freddie Mercury, thanks Professer! Tredici, your shot of the majestic king of the jungle is priceless!

PDAZ, great picture of the sea nettles! I could sit there and watch them for hours as well. Beautiful. Tredici, that picture is amazing! That dear lion looks so peaceful and comfortable. And that trifle looks really good, Liz! I've never had trifle, but I'd love to try it some time.

Yesterday afternoon, I drove through the nearby village, with the unusual name of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Much_Hadham" target="_blank">Much Hadham</a>
That certainly is unusual!
Can anyone identify this plant please, situated in a wetland wood? I've looked in my wild flower book and can't find it. It was about five to six feet high. Thanks!

The gherkin's Swiss Reinsurance (or was when it was built), the Nat West tower is nearby and has been there a lot longer. Funnily enough here's one I took earlier in Hampstead

Yes, that's it! Thanks Verbonica. I see one of its names is 'Poor Man's Orchid' and I had actually said to someone it looked a bit like an orchid. On checking further it seems it is a nuisance and invasive , but it's not that common where I live.
