I call this "Star Wars Meets Steampunk." It's the Third Street drawbridge taken from AT&T Park (the baseball park for the San Francisco Giants) in San Francisco.

Medieval armoury at the Chateau de Castelnaud, France, built in the 12th century. Guess it was once 'Technology'.
