"Return To Sender" by Elvis Presley

My letter carrier was kind enough to pose for me. And sorry it's not a big picture but it's the (thought) song that counts, right?

Edited to remove the image of a person since I now see in the general threads guidlines it denies people focus images.

Sugar Sugar - The Archies.
Sadly, I am old enough to remember it.

Ha! I remember it too...

This one might be a bit of a stretch, but how about Boots Randolph's "Yakety Sax"? (It's a yak...)

Auntie: don't feel bad. I never liked that song, but for some strange reason, I actually know the lyrics off by heart. How sad is THAT??

Mehaul: you can always "blur" any recognizable faces and still post them (mind you, if the pic you took was an extreme closeup, I guess there wouldn't be much point lol).

SpanishLiz: I didn't think it was too much of a stretch at all. Nice pic too. It would also fit with "Yakety Yak" by the Coasters.

For anybody who was given an album by John, Paul, George and Ringo and who were not fans and thought that the record was a pile of poo.

I would not be one of them as I liked the Fab Four

Love all the photos! Long time no see, and I really should have apologized sooner blush for the disappearance of all my photos as I can see (after receivng PM) it has messed up the continuity. But being unable to take photos, or even raise my arm at all for over six months due to shoulder injury (fight with a wheelie bin!) I'm afraid it just slipped my mind.

I somehow (probaby too many pain killers) inadvertently deleted my whole Photobucket FT album when I was renaming and organizing. I lost a lot of the originals when I bought a new pc and they did not transfer due to damaged hard drive (according to PC World). I have a few that I saved to disk but I think it would take me for ever to sort through them all and work out what went where on the threads. Also, many photos were 'one offs' for FT which I did not save. I'm disappointed too, as I've lost a great number of my photos, many quite special to me.

I really ought to get my camera out again.....

We all wish you a speedy recovery and let's have a race to see who is the first to be able to take another picture as my wrist cast is preventing me from doing so.

I couldn't make up my mind which record that my pictures of baby ostriches would be more suitable for. It could be Baby Come back by the Equals or Don't Walk Away by The Electric Light Orchestra.

I took this picture of this seagull who was looking rather sorry for itself in Stockholm and it reminded me of 'Here He Comes Drunk Again' by Bird Rollins.
