Due to popular support, the new theme is 'C'
You may post one photo per week. Thanks all.

C is for ... a Catrun Containing a Calico Cat

Her name is Taco. She and two other felines live with friends of mine who decided that building a catrun was the solution to fights with strays (and numerous vet bills), annoyed neighbours and the overzealous "gifting" of way too many furry and feathered offerings, or getting run over by traffic. You can't really tell from this picture just how elaborate the thing is. It goes all the way down one side of their yard, is about 6 feet tall in the foreground and up to ten feet tall at the back. Entirely enlosed in "chicken wire" are things to play with/on, a fruit tree that the cats can climb and a carpeted playhouse in the back. They enter through a catdoor built into one of the basement windows and can come and go as they please.

Ooh, thank you for bringing Themes back! smile

Here are some Canadian flags in the window with my cat, Precious, whose eyes are shining with fear of the cacophony of the Canada Day fireworks.

As a bonus, those are Christmas lights hanging under the window.

She'd love a catrun like that, Jakeroo!

C is for cat (another one)! This cat is my mother's and some of you who know my Mum (Mommakat) from FunTrivia might recognise this cat from her avatar. His name is Tori and he is a real mischief.

Locking this one as two weeks are up.
I meant to start an 'Autumn' themed thread earlier than this, but perhaps it still fits.
So lets have ' Autumn ' in your part of the world or maybe on your holiday in other parts.
Thanks all for the great 'C' themed photos.
