Yes, that's about as lively as they get except for special occasions, such as a visit from Oprah!

I hope someone's feeding the little guy, because those leaves in the foreground are not eucalyptus! Pittosporum, I would think.

Cornwallis Beach, one of the many beaches around Auckland. It was a beautiful and warm Sunday but hardly anyone there which was unusual.

Swan P82, along with its mate P20, live in Williamstown's waterside tourist precinct.
Parks Victoria oversees the well-being of flora and fauna in a narrow coastal strip, hence the identification collar.

Rosie the cat looks very similar to my previous one, Skippy. He was a bit fluffier but otherwise noticed the similarity straight away.

This is the same estate as last time at the top of the hill.

This tour bus was parked outside my corner store this afternoon, and provided a welcome, if unexpected, splash of colour on a dull day.

About to take her ball, perhaps? smile

Here, Precious does her meerkat imitation, in an attempt to see over the other side of the snow trench and find out what our neighbour is doing over there. (He was shovelling snow, of course...)

A timely crop, as since the floods they are selling for up to $9 per kilo and may go higher.

Meet Jimmy!

Who would believe that such a picture of innocence could be so destructive. The score so far is FOUR phone chargers, ONE WII connection and a set of headphones. I found some stuff that should keep him away (here's hoping)- it cost $20- I will let you know if it works. smile

That is the problem, Ren. If he eats through the wrong wire he will definitely get the electric shock treatment, but I do not think 240 volts is highly recommended. smile

The stuff I bought is called 'Fooey Ultra-Bitter Spray', and I can vouch for the 'ultra-bitter' bit. I got some on my hand and then on my lips- it tastes vile and you just cannot get rid of that taste. It is not toxic, too. (Thank goodness!)

QB, I sincerely hope that that dog is a girl, otherwise he would be teased dreadfully.
