Great picture Mothergoose

Newcastle City Walls and Moat. The moat I think is a bit of poetic licence by the council when they cleared the building around the walls

The children seemed especially drawn to this sculpture. I had to wait for ages before I could get a clear shot without kids in the picture.

A detail of the Colosseum at El Jem, Tunisia. I love that country, and am very sad at what's been happening recently...

Straight roads are the norm elsewhere but very much the exception in the UK. As a result of liking the view over a long distance as well as the improved efficiency of getting around I appreciate and take photos of almost every one I happen to come across. This is today's example in St Albans.

Two geese and a moorhen... I think the ducks must have flown away. They do that; pesky things, ducks. wink

That looks like my old Vauxhall Nova except mine didn't have the other wheel arches. I did wonder what happened to it...

This is another village green, in Farnham with the North Downs behind

Gibraltar lighthouse, weve had some pretty nasty storms in the last couple of weeks and this cargo ship has suffered the consequences. The mountains you see in the background are the Atlas mountains in Morocco. The Strait of Gibraltar is only 14kms wide.

The excuse being that you used Google to find out what "XP Total Security" was and then spent a few days removing the pesky thing from your computer?

Good to see you back, I like seeing your photos!
