Straight roads are the norm elsewhere but very much the exception in the UK. As a result of liking the view over a long distance as well as the improved efficiency of getting around I appreciate and take photos of almost every one I happen to come across. This is today's example in St Albans.

Gibraltar lighthouse, weve had some pretty nasty storms in the last couple of weeks and this cargo ship has suffered the consequences. The mountains you see in the background are the Atlas mountains in Morocco. The Strait of Gibraltar is only 14kms wide.
