I can add The Cat Empire to my list.

If I had to pick one and only one I guess it would have to be Pink Floyd. As a guitarist I often find myself in awe of David Gilmour's use of phrasing. The man is finesse' personified.
If I could pick two, I would add Joe Satriani.
