In the "Word Wizard" hourly competition, why is it that people who have won in their division do not move into the champions division - unlike the "whose the expert" where winners are moved into the champions division at the end of the hour? What do people do that moves them into the champion division in "word wizard"?

You have to win 3 badges to move to the Champs division in Word Wizard. They are the "Word Wizard" (winning player in each division of Word Wizard each hour) "Achievement: Word Wizard" (Awarded to every player scoring 15/15 within 120 seconds.) and the "Monthly Winner: Word Wizard" (Awarded at the end of each month in the Word Wizard Game. It is awarded to the top 10 ranked players who have not yet earned this badge). If you don't have all 3 you don't move to the Champs division. This is the case for all the hourly games (except the expert game).
