I would like to thank Wesley for all his hard work, Cubs' cat, Bubbles' mom, Mehaul's sense of humor that always makes me laugh out loud, and Vera Wang for my dress...
Oh! And my team, in there slugging it out with the best of them every month!
Thank you, thank you, and... *music swells, out comes shepherd's crook* Aghhhh! I don't have a cat. However, I do have a pet rock!

Do you throw it around inside your house when you play with it? Did it come with a pedigree? Is it sedimentary or metamorphic? Have you had it 'fixed'? Do you need a license/permit for it? Have you built it its own little rock garden? Have you bought it any concrete toys to play with? Do you plan to get the Roll that goes with it? Have you more rocks in your head to keep it company? Does it have its own chair? Bed? Have you bought any accessory outfits for it to wear? Have you painted a big C on it so it can be called crock? There's the game to play with it: the C on its chest, a big red cape tied around its neck and you throw it across the room! "Look up in the sky, it's Supercrock!" (as the cat that owns you runs out of the room.)

Haha! And this is what I mean -- mehaul is one and one-half hoots!
I would also like to thank Meryl Streep, all rocks in general and not just the ones considered "special," and my very own kitties, who have marched across my keyboard more than once, answering questions, tabbing down, and hitting "submit" while I screamed and gurgled, only to discover they were not only really fast, but all the answers were correct, too!
And I should thank Coco Chanel for my very first little black dress. Without her, I would be only half the girl I am today. And what a mess that would be.
And sheep. I feel compelled to thank sheep everywhere, since without sheep there would be no shepherds, and no need for that handy shepherd's crook.
*music swells again, two large men in tuxedoes and one small girl in a long gown "escort" this speaker offstage, exit, stage right*

umm, weren't the Oscars in February? lol
But lol at mehaul, who has an "oddball" sense of humour. I'm a bit of an oddball myself, which is perhaps why I "get" his jokes lol
And congrats to Tesla Coil for their 6th placing so far. That's quite an accomplishment for a small team (so I suppose a little black dress wouldn't be entirely out of order - unless the male members of the team were wearing one LOL).
And way to go VC, on your quarterly finish : )
There's still three quarters of the year left. Can VC hang on to their 0.22 advantage? ``~

Does anyone know what happened to "leeless"? They were always a quite competitive team and have disappeared from the cumulative. Has there been a name change or has the team been disbanded? Thanks flopsy - "Incredible Casuals", ex-"leeless" now correctly in 22nd place.

They've gone back to being The Incredible Casuals. Must be a revolving door round here somewhere.

This thread is where you see the latest Team of the Year standings when WesleyCrusher posts them. I believe there is a statement somewhere earlier that it only happens every two months, since the incremental changes are too small to be worthwhile posting every month.

There was another thread that had these rankings posted. It was for last year's results. WC started a new thread for this year's data so we wouldn't be having to go to page 22 or 47 to find the latest results. Perhaps the thread title should include the year? Oh, it does! So if you want to see stats for 2011, you have to find the other thread. edit: the last posting to it would have been in Jan, 2012. The last posting to it was on Jan 4, and is on the Forum Feedback Index page 14 or here is a link to it: http://www.funtrivia.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/topics/580880/Team_of_the_Year#Post580880
