The Daytona 500 has seen... well... something incredible. While under caution, driver Juan Pablo Montoya was trying to catch up to the rest of the field after a pit stop, something broke in his car, causing him to spin out.

Montoya slid up the track into the top of the wall. But there was something up there. A track dryer, with a jet engine dryer in the truck bed was what Montoya crashed into. With over 100 gallons of jet engine fuel in the truck bed, you guessed it, a large explosion.

The race is currently in red flag. If the call the race, the winner would be surprise, ultimate-underdog story Dave Blaney from a low funded, sponsored team.

That had to be the most unusual Daytona 500 I've ever watched...I felt bad for Montoya, too...
