Anyone been following the saga of the woman who claims to have won the Mega Millions jackpot in Maryland? She claims to have had the winning ticket, her co-workers said the ticket was part of a pool, she claims she kept the ticket at the McDonald's, and now she claims to have lost it.

Iffy. I guess we'll find out if she has/had it when someone else from Maryland finally comes forth. And who would keep a lottery ticket at McDonald's, especially if they didn't even have a locker? I guess hiding it under the ice cream machine is a good spot. It probably hasn't been cleaned under it since the McDonald's opened. I bet that store is now cleaner than it has ever been since it opened.

I've seen her on the news a couple of times and really, I just want to smack her. The way she says that she can't find it with that little smirk ... *ugh*

Well, now the real winners have come forward... This woman will have to live the rest of her life with people thinking of her as a joke who has no credibility whatsoever...

Unless she tried to cash the ticket in I don't think she broke any laws and sad as it is, she got publicity out of this and I just hope no real news, or so called news, programs gave her any money for comments from her.

Well no wonder she had a smirk. I am baffled as to why she'd do this? Surely she hasn't won any friends out of it .. probably quite the opposite?

I guess she wanted her 15 minutes of fame. But it makes you wonder what kind of person would do something like this, especially since you'd be known for the rest of your life as a liar.
