This is a country which builds ramps under cattle grids so that hedgehogs can get out if they fall into the pit - a goat bridge didn't surprise me at all!

The very busy dual carriageway close to us has badger tunnels under it so they can cross safely.

You'd think butter wouldn't melt in this horse's mouth, she looks so innocent with her head stuck into the hollow of a decaying tree stump. But thirty seconds before this she had chewed my camera bag! shocked

So I rubbed her nose - and then I shot her. I think that in the photo you can still see her grinning. smile

I took this while egg rolling on Easter Monday. We couldn't go on Sunday due to my dad working and my niece and nephew were at a christening.

Storm clouds over Harlow- it was hail, lasted a couple of minutes and started as soon as I left the car but did get under a tree in time.

What a doll!

This is the back yard of a friend of my sister's - out in the country, of course. The pond used to have trout in it, but the ospreys and herons got them all. There are still lots of frogs, some small fish and also muskrats (though I didn't see any of the latter).

Those hail clouds certainly made good photography, this is just on the south of Harlow

She's been helping me today with the laundry, and whilst I was taking some photos.

I wanted to post something commemorative today,so here's a close up of a tote bag that was a gift from my niece when we visited the Titanic exhibit when it was in Toronto a few years ago.

The handle on the bag broke the first day I used it. The only time I wore the Titanic tshirt I got at the same time, the Blue Jays lost the game I was attending. I thought of wearing the tshirt today, but decided not to...
