Love it, Jill!!! I've been having a little spending spree on dies recently (went to a huge scrapbooking fair in Paris a fortnight ago, and the wallet is still recovering). I invested in one of those gorgeous doily dies, but it's very difficult to get a good cut from it. I've since placed an order for one of the metal spacer plates (cuttlehug), which hopefully will make things easier, but in the meantime I've been having a ball putting doily cutouts on my cards.

Great cards, Toni! I love the look of those doily dies but I don't think I'd use them so much.
Are they memory box ones? They seem to do very intricate ones. I have the maddison window dies from them and they are gorgeous.

It's a 'Cheery Lynn' die, copago, this particular model is the Nautical Wheeler one. I have to admit I'm not really a 'doily' person, but I really love the cutouts that these dies make. They look pretty cool in black or in kraft:

It's April, so it must be time for another Birthday ...


(And if anyone can tell me where those four years have gone to, I'd love to know! )

Here's a "Poppy badge" I made out of tiny seed beads. The foliage is embroidered. I always like to support "Poppy Day" in November.

I haven't done one of these for quite some time. A woman on a craft forum saw one like this that someone else had made and seemed so taken with it that I sent her a PM aking if she would like me to send her one.

I started it yesterday afternoon and mailed it today.

I am giving this to a woman who works in my local post office.

She'll love it, it's fantastic!!!

I made this card yesterday, well I finished it at about 2am this morning.

I gave the fan and card to her this morning, now I am making a different one for the other woman who works at the post office counter, she wants blue too.

The fan is lovely and so is that butterfly!! How intricate it is - no wonder you were up past 2!

I like snipping, pity about the mess on the floor.
