I need to send on a correction notice for one of today's Brain Twists and I am not sure who the appropriate editor would be. The author no longer exists.
I'd post it here, but I make reference to an actual answer to identify the quiz, and I don't want to give anything away.

Thanks, spanishliz (also not answering myself here). I can't send the correction the normal way because the quiz is not accessible the normal way until tomorrow. Would it be best to wait until it is, take it then and then send the correction? I have a note ready to send, but I can surely wait if that is helpful.

Oh, I wonder where I saw that link; it wasn't there when I tried this time. Interesting.
You could always click "send a compliment" and then change it to "send a correction" when you're in the note... It would be a general correction note, not specific to a single question, but you could always try it.
Liz, is that a good way to send a correction note the day the brain twist is chosen?

That's exactly what I did at first, salami, but I got an error message because the author is no longer active here, in fact, the account has been disabled, but the quizzes are still searchable under the user name. Since I knew I had to send a note directly to the editors, that is why I started this thread. Thanks all, for your help. The note has been sent.

That shouldn't be happening, as Terry modified the coding last month to allow CNs to work on inactive accounts (it happened the same day that quizzes became searchable for inactive accounts). Do you remember the name of the author?

Oh, that's interesting. I had just assumed it would flag it as a CN for editors as well.
That's good to know. I've generally not used that feature, but it's good to know that I really shouldn't use it anyway. :P

Do you remember the name of the author? It was soozy_woozy, and I gave the name of the quiz in my note to spanishliz, and she corrected the error.
