I just did the Mind Melt, entered the results, and discovered that the answers that came up bore no relation to the 3 lots of questions/answers that I originally attempted. Weird! No wonder I only scored 3/30.
Sorry, the server restarted (due to various reports of extremely slow loading) while you played. Sorry this affected your game - it will hopefully be a very rare occurrence (the previous restart was several months ago)

Are these interuptions and slowness due to new ISP server commands resulting from the DNS Changer event?
