Would it be possible to get actual head-to-head competition with live buzzing? confused I play FunTrivia to prepare for academic team competitions and this would be really helpful. smile

Shadowstar, there's one major drawback for your suggestion. FT is in an international site, with players from different time zones. Live buzzing would only be feasible for people who are on line at the very same moment.

I'd be more for a Win Ben Stein's Money Best of 10 Test of Knowledge! I've got dibs on Ben's Booth O' Luxury!

Sorry for bumping an old topic, but I found this website that actually pulled off live buzzing.

We did have a similar idea way back when called 'Funtrivia Game Shows' by they were run by a third party; they also could not be moderated. They went far out of date and contained errors if I recall.

The playing was fun but the question pool was small and full of errors. And that's pretty much how it's been at any website I've seen that does this. They also tend to go down a lot, it seems to be a buggy proposition.

If it could be done easily, our large question pool and CN system would make it better than anything of that type currently available online.

I edited out the name of the site as we do not really appreciate promoting other sites on here.
