Florida State Road 589, also called the Suncoast Parkway, is near Florida's Gulf coast. It is a toll road starting in Tampa and goes to points northward. The county I live in was supposed to have an exit from it when it is completed. I don't want that to happen because my property is in the path of it's extension.

Section 608 of the Australina Corporations Act (2001) deals with relevant interests in securities. It culminates with the fascinating conclusion, "This section may result in a body corporate having a relevant interest in its own securities."
