Something definitely wrong. I just basked in Kyle's Amazing Race quizzes, I'm pretty sure I played five, but it's still "incomplete".

Only editors can make picture quizzes currently, kaddarsgirl. smile Hopefully, someday, it can be open to more prolific authors.

I am hoping to someday be one of those said authors. wink

Still doesn't work, now I do get credit for quizzes played but not rated. Should be 2/5, have 4/5.

p.s. to answer Salami's question from earlier, what I'm siding with is mostly mini-badges for the epic challenges. Epic challenges will not be TOO much more difficult than "difficult" level. Each one will have a corresponding mini-badge though. I don't want to give out too many badges because I'd rather not skew levels higher too much more. I kind of picture 200 being the theoretical limit (give or take).

Im thinking initial badges will be:

- Complete 10 each of easy, medium, and difficult daily challenge
- Complete 100 each of easy, medium, and difficult daily challenges
- Complete 5 epic daily challenges. (and each epic gives a mini)

I'd like to put 10 epics / minibadges out there to begin with.

Do you have any epic challenges in mind right now?

It must have given me credit for quizzes I played earlier today, because I swear I didn't just reach five. wink

Oh, cool, so even after getting so many epic challenges, the incentive to still buy challenges to get them is there; you have to get lucky and hope to collect all ten. Getting repeats will happen, but that's part of the challenge. :P

I like those "try to collect them all" things (mind picturing Pokemon, Skylanders, and any trading card game out there).

Yes, pretty much every challenge uses the 24 hr window.

There! That comes from doing math without a calculator!

Edit: actually, I'm going to continue scoring.

Also, is there a 3rd difficult either cooperative or competitive thing we could do like nemesis/twins? They're kind of fun...

What about something where both scores add up to equal something else, or equal AT LEAST something else (which would be a higher number than the equal match one)? So say, a goal like 10,000pts. It could be 200, 9800; or 3000, 7000; or 5000, 5000; or any other combination that adds up to the goal number, which could be anything (based on recent daily scores for both players or something).

Edit: You could call them the COMBO challenges...

Would like it to be completely different...

Some other way 2 players could work together that doesnt involve total points.

What about with playing a number of quizzes instead, like a "24hrs of..." but with 2 players and more quizzes? Or are you thinking something that doesn't have to do with a number of anything at all?

How about a scavenger hunt-esque twin challenge? Certain hints or criteria are given to one person, and other to another. They collaborate, and eventually find and play the quiz/quizzes.

Hmm... how about one that would work only for authors with a sufficient number of quizzes online... You must, together, play at least 20 quizzes from the respective other person and score 5 or better. Each side must contribute at least 5.

Also, I was thinking about a fourth badge, using those flags (since they've been suggested). The flags are assigned to the named challenges (twin, nemesis, etc), half of them medium, half difficult - fixed which color is which challenge. These challenges display the flag as a completion marker, not the check. You must collect all flags within a calendar year to win that badge.

Also, why not roll the "5 epics" and the "100/100/100" into one high level badge? The way the game is set up right now, you'd likely achieve them at similar times. That way we'd be back to 3.

I like it, Wes, I like it.

Hmmm, I kind of liked Kaddarsgirl's idea for cumulative points together, called the "Ally" challenge, to go along with the "Nemesis".

What kind of "something completely different" did you have in mind? I am attempting to come up with an "Ally" challenge. smile

How about a scavenger hunt where directions on what needs to be played is split up between the two players, and they have to share information with each other to solve it?
