Wesley -- I stuck a 3 play max on it to make it a little more strategic and less of a slog.

Don't want people who play 23 hrs a day having a massive advantage on it.

Not getting much bang for my credits buck so far. Two buys of 9 credits got me only two credits in return. I didn't even have to play for either extra credit either. I'd even settle for a medium or difficult challenge once in a while.

It's the luck of the draw. The one I bought was an Easy. Some people got Epics...you'll get lucky some time.

Cool challenge Terry! I got lucky with my category, sorry Salami smile I think people will really enjoy this one. I'm assuming the game chosen is random, yes, and not always the same?

The 3 per day is a really good idea, much better than any alternative. It also helps out those who can't be on 24/7 smile

Will the challenge be awarded/checked at midnight, when it says it will end, or will it be scored when both tally 3, or in the current case, were one has maxed out and essentially the game is complete already?

Midnight right now, although I may code it for early-scoring too.

I've deleted the test challenges and put it into rotation.

Wesley has the first live challenge, against TheCrazedOne. Looks like we've got a battle there wink

TheCrazedOne: Military Matters: 1315
TheCrazedOne: Birth and Stage Name: 1467

WesleyCrusher: Chemistry: 1454
WesleyCrusher: States M: 1044

No chance at a 1467 with the upcoming six even if I tried to stay up the whole night smile

Always expert for that one. Creating fair match ups becomes very problematic in most other games. At least expert has the ability to give even lower level players the edge if they get the right topics.

Cool. It looks like a great game! Yeah, it does seem more fair to have it be just Expert, now you've explained it.

Aah, I was in the shower during the time I was supposed to be testing? Gaah! Oh well can't wait to see it for real. :-P

You couldn't have done anything anyway salami, my best score was higher, and you'd maxed out on the games...it's going to be great though!

Oh, Terry, just though of something. Has this new game been added to the list of challenges that cannot be swapped?

Reading that makes me wish I had CD's or T-Bills in 1982! Paul Volker raised interest rates to 22% back then! Oh, the return! And a safe investment, too!

"Complete a Major FunTrivia Challenge that results in a badge being won. Note that mini-challenges do not count."

Not good for me today, Terry. I either have to be extremely lucky in hourly games, or come up with 71 more Fun Facts, or complete 30+ Crossword puzzles...guess I'll be buying a challenge today and hoping for something better...

Yikes-- hope I never get that one. I have maybe one badge attainable within a day and no more.

Well I could have completed it three days ago (1st day of challenges), when I won "Obscure: Knowledge"...I can't imagine how people with over one hundred badges (like you) are going to fair with this one though...I only have 42 and it's going to be tough. At least I have a few options though...I might be able to quickly Google my way into one of the Dailies' Achievement badges...

You won't. It's not given to people over level 100 or so.
