Hi Wesley, Hopefully it was a timed lockout, which presumably means that the system will automatically let you back in after a period of time.
However, it is unclear from the message, I received whether it was a timed lockout or something more permanent. Nor was there any mention of how I could contact FT to resolve the situation, hence my asking my team leader, by e-mail, to help by posting on these boards, something I could not do.
