Jennings from the Scrambled Eggheads has been unable to log in as his account has been locked out.

This is the message he received and what he thinks has happened.

ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access / on this server.Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.What I think has happened is that my PC went crazy yesterday and opened up loads of browser sessions (about 50) which made FT think I was a spammer.

Please can someone help?

I think the reason that my browser kept opening multiple tabs was a dodgy Enter key on my keyboard, so a new keyboard's on order.

If anyone did press the button, it was Terry - or it was a timed lockout.

Hi Wesley, Hopefully it was a timed lockout, which presumably means that the system will automatically let you back in after a period of time.

However, it is unclear from the message, I received whether it was a timed lockout or something more permanent. Nor was there any mention of how I could contact FT to resolve the situation, hence my asking my team leader, by e-mail, to help by posting on these boards, something I could not do.
