One of my daily challenges said to play games in quiz game mode. What is that and where do I find it?

On the landing page of the quiz, where you choose HTML or Flash mode. Quiz game mode is above the link for HTML mode.

edited to add: It's like Flash mode but you can choose again if you got the wrong answer, but if you get it right the second time, it's less points.

Isn't it true that it isn't available on all quizzes so you might not always find it there? (Sorry about the double negative.)

You won't find it on quizzes with Flash Mode turned off. A hard-and-fast rule: Brain Teasers and World only play in HTML Mode (though World still has the Quiz Mode).

Photo Quizzes are also unavailable in Flash.

Some Brain Teaser quizzes can be in Flash Mode though it won't be allowed for quizzes with linked questions such as Drop a Letter or Cryptograms. Only having the HTML format allows players to go back and forth to work on answers gradually if necessary which wouldn't be possible in Flash Mode.

I know of at least one highly rated author who only writes quizzes in HTML format by choice. This means the author can write II to their heart's content and not worry about linking questions together through the II.

This appears to have tripped a lot of people up. I have added explanatory text to any challenge that references "Quiz Game mode", which hopefully clarifies this issue once and for all.

Unfortunately, I use a screen reader and cannot do "quiz game mode" or "flash mode." So, for challenges in which that's needed, I simply can't complete them. (I'm not complaining, merely stating a fact).
