A little rain didn't stop the Giants, who beat down the Cardinals in Game 7, and a layover doesn't hurt the Tigers, who swept the Yankees.

Who do you think will win this year's Series? I think that the Tigers are due, because their pitching is better than San Francisco's, and they have a bit better line-up, although that (to me) is more evenly matched. It's always been said that pitching wins championships, however.

All four teams I was cheering for in the DS all lost, but the two I picked in the CS won, so I don't know who to pick. I predicted the Tigers to do well this season with Cabrera, Fielder, and Verlander, but I didn't say they would win it all. But now, I think they will do just that.

Tigers in 6. Fielder MVP

The Tigers should be able to pitch Verlander for three games. That gives them a huge advantage, add to that the Tigers' bats, and rest... I see a Tigers Series.

I just saw the catch on Sportscenter. That's shades of Sandy Amaros in 1955 in game 7 in the 7th inning for the Brooklyn Dodgers!

Left-handed LF stretching out with his right hand?! Really like Sandy!
