That's the promotional Lucky Duck... Whoever can attack the duck while under the bridge and pin it to their profiles will be the new holder of the duck.

Aww That reminds me of when a couple of DJs on morning radio here is Sydney told everyone they were going to put a Jumbo under the bridge. Everyone assumed they meant a Jumbo jet.
