Just to take us up to 31st December. Thanks, seeing inside your homes was nearly as good as meeting you all in person.
The Theme of "Holiday" will take us up to New Year's Eve. Then the theme will be
"New!".
So just for 10 days lets celebrate with:
"Holiday"!!

My next door neighbour surprised me with this pretty flower a few days ago. It is sitting up high out of Precious' way (ha!), but various sources on the internet assure me that the worst she'll get if she nibbles it is a tummy ache. So far she has been content with knocking it over...

I think , as many of us have pets, it is a good time to publish this
Plants and pets
Some surprising information about plants that are dangerous for pets.

Somehow I was blessed with two wonderful dogs that don't bother with plants and don't tear anything up except their own toys.

Here's ClaraSue in her Christmas finery; look for Alex in the December thread. laugh

Cute dogs in both threads (although they don't seem quite sure about it lol)

Here's our tree this year. It's 12 feet tall.

That is a glorious tree, Jakeroo and ClaraSue is just gorgeous (and her dog photo is pretty cool too wink haha). laugh

Here's our copy of "Night Before Christmas". It's as old as I can remember (I'm willing to bet it would cost a tad more than 29c now!!) and every Christmas Eve we read it. Just finished doing it now and Conor is now laying restless in bed smile

Jakeroo, that is what I call a tree - so elegant, it's lovely.

ClaraSue, gorgeous doggie photos

Copago, that is such a lovely tradition, and a wonderful old book.

My niece? LOL, she's six months younger than me so she's almost ancient. wink She made the scene for her grandchildren.

This is the last day for "Holiday" as a theme. I will start a new one (called "New") very soon.
