I played a new quiz today and noticed something. Right above the box that gives one's current point level was this statement: "You earned 30 bonus points due to the difficulty level of this quiz."

I may have noticed this in other quizzes, but I can't remember which ones. In this case, though, it's a brand-new quiz and has no difficulty rating yet.

So, what exactly triggers this nice little bonus?

It is a little bonus that is given to the first 13 members who take any newly put on quiz. You do have to get at least 50% correct to get the points however. At this point the level of difficulty for the quiz is determined and a new structure of bonus points is instituted. A quiz is which the average is less than 50% will award a 10 point bonus. With an even lower average the bonus could be 20 or 30 points.
