How lovely! The cards are all great, and your decorations too, you've got great patience!

Jane, how beautiful they are. I really treasure the ones you have made me, they (all 5!) have pride of place for sure!

That's such a brilliant idea, with the scrabble tile! Only thing I can guess you can do is too burn a hole in the scrabble tile and then make your necklace ... but there's probably a easier way! Time for a picture! I like to make "placemats" for Christmas Day with the family. This year was a simple piece of paper and a "peg"

maybe they have put some kind of hook into the tile? Don't know but it is cool! Great cards, Liz! Sorry to have not seen them earlier. Here is a card for a friend who I didn't get a Christmas card to! Lots of layers but it's pretty simple.

You use copics, don't you, Toni? I've just gotten into markers and am loving them. I chose Promarkers though as they were so much cheaper. (and copic won't let US shops post to Australia so we are forced to pay much higher prices here .. sorry, not playing that game) i've already coloured about twenty images for Christmas this year :p

Nope, like you I find the copics too pricey, so I'm a Promarker gal I'm building up quite a collection nowadays as I tend to add one or two each time I go to my local arty shop ... to the extent that more than once I've doubled up on a colour already in my collection. I found a nifty printable colour chart where you can colour in the shades you own, which makes it easy to see at a glance what you have and what you don't, and also to choose which colours to use on a particular project. I'll get you the link to it this afternoon if you like...

In fact it's here, just click on the pink "Nuancier_vierge_97_2003" to open the file, then print away. I printed the original one, then a modified one where I removed names of the colours, then coloured in groups of three shades which go well together and handwrote in the colour names. I keep them both back-to-back in a clear plastic pocket so I can see at a glance what I need.

ohhhhh ... there's quite a few of them, huh? But I wouldn't use the ten shades of pink so can bring it down there. I used to smoke and it worked out about $15 a day in smokes and I wouldn't even blink an eye at it so why I am thinking twice about buying a texta is strange.

I belong to a craft forum, as many of you know. There is one section of the forum which many of the members don't go near, it is called FatBooks. What happens is that you make a FatBook page, it has to be 4" square, and normally swap them or give them away. In order to try to tempt more members to join in that section I offered to make a 'prize' comprising of thirty pages and a folder/book to put them in. This morning I finished the final page. This is the full set. Click here to see what the book looks like. This picture shows the top cover of the book.

Oh that's very pretty, Sue! Like ATCs, I tend to avoid Fat Books, I find it hard to get inspired to make something on such a small support, but you've really gone to town, they look great!

That just amazing, Sue. I love the variety. The Wedgewood one catches the eye, for me. All so lovely though. Jane your Auntie will love that.

That's absolutely beautiful, Sue. I've made quite a few friendship bracelets with seed beads in my time, but nothing like that necklace. Well done!
