Congratulations, Dave, that is what I call a RESULT!
Have not been good this last two weeks, pancakes, waffles and what not, so no loss to report. I did do a 5 mile walk this morning before the rain came down, but the weather is really miserable at the moment and it gets dark early in the evenings so really finding it hard to get out every day. Another few weeks should see that situation improve. Walking every day or at least 6 times a week really really helps me to keep on track, not to mention using up those calories!
