I need a different kind of help.
I have looked through the forums and chat threads, and I cannot find an answer to my problem. My husband is very dependent on rituals lately, and one of his morning rituals is to play the Daily E-mail Trivia Quiz. While in the past every once in a while he would not receive a quiz, when I signed him up again, the following day he would start receiving quizzes again - at least until the next time the system dropped him.
But for the past two weeks (approximately) he has not received any quizzes, even after I have signed him up each day.
Has the E-mail Quiz ended? Or could it just be his computer? As far as I know, nothing has changed on his computer - such as a new security program or new e-mail program.
Does anyone know what I can try?

Yes, that is the only link that I know of. I even tried signing him in as a new member, rather than someone who had already been receiving the quizzes, but that did not make any difference.

Hmm, the system seems to show that all emails are being sent to him, and the last was sent on the 15th at 3 AM FT time.

Can you have him check his yahoo "spam" folder to see if it ended up in there?

Okay, I found one from the 15th in the Spam folder. I'm sorry for the trouble. I should have checked myself rather than having him do so.

No problem -- we have had problems in the past of a couple providers rejecting our auto-mails, so just making sure they're getting through.
